Who is your all time favorite video game character?

We’re talking characters who made you feel real emotion, made you laugh, cry, think deeply about something, or maybe someone that you just connected with in a memorable way.

I’m going Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2.

It isn't Sony but really Master Chief.

I've only played Halo 1 & 2 tho.

For me he's such iconic & no pun intended heroic. I just don't get why Microsoft can't get him right when they do TV or movie adaptations.

I mean come on if Robocop can do it lol

Obviously coolness factor goes to various Final Fantasy characters (hence my profile pic Seifer lol) but there's something really cool about one guy vs entire alien hordes. It's like that scene in Endgame where Cap walks towards Thanos army you know.

General Gaming sub forum didn’t exist yet when I posted this so all characters are welcome despite the platform.

Interesting pick bro that’s a sign of a great character when he doesn’t have to speak that much but still has that impact. Master Chief is definitely iconic.

Oh is that so thanks dude!

And yeah Master Chief's the man. Speaking of lines my favourite from him has to be "Wake me when you need me" or something like that.

Also I've read in an EGM magazine before an ad from the game which says "A hero not need to speak... When he's gone the world will speak for him".

Halo & Master Chief's influence in the larger videogame zeitgeist is absolutely undeniable & as I've mentioned I genuinely hope Microsoft brings him back in the forefront of glory he deserves.
