Call of Duty players being banned for alleged Plunder “boosting”

Black Ops 6 and Warzone players have reportedly been banned for going AFK in Plunder to finish the Battle Pass and level up.

I was also banned for "Boosting", though I haven't played Plunder in over a year. Of course the ban appeal failed, and my permanent ban was upheld.

I only really play DMZ, so I'm not sure how I got caught in the crossfire with this anti-cheat update.
